What we collect

If you join our waitlist, we store your email address, and optionally your name and country. Nothing else. We never ask for or store payment details, a physical address, or identity documents.

What we use it for

Only to write to you about Next Gear: how the brand is progressing, the first collection launch, and your early access. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for commercial purposes.

Who we share it with

We use Mailgun to manage the list and send email, and Google Chat to receive an internal notification for each signup. Both act as service providers and process the data on our behalf.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used in aggregate. Clarity may record anonymous page interactions (clicks and scrolling) to surface usability problems. Google advertising signals are disabled, so this data is not used for remarketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your email on the list until you ask to be removed. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show, correct, or delete your data. Write to us and we will take care of it. hola@nextgear.fit.
